The steady growth of Häffner GmbH & Co. KG at the existing location and the flow of materials, which was no longer adequate from a process point of view, as well as the inadequate storage in the existing logistics center from a safety point of view, led to the conception of a fully automated high-bay warehouse as part of the construction of a new logistics center in Marbach. Not only did we plan the entire process from the receipt of goods to the dispatch phases, we also supported and implemented the project in the realization and ramp-up stage.
