Deuter Sport GmbH Co. KG planned the relocation/expansion of the development, administration and logistics location, taking into account a holistic and integral approach to the project. In addition to the design approaches, the conceptual development focused on functional and procedural requirements relevant across all areas from an early stage. The existing logistical processes were largely applied and supplemented with partially automated approaches. Flexible and expandable storage systems were used in the storage area. The scope of the project included its concept up to commissioning.
