A new building with 166 workstations will be built for the specialist health, youth and social services to the rear of the existing county building. The three specialized services are accommodated in recognizable 3-story structures connected with each other by a central main entrance on the ground floor. A roof made of a stretched membrane connects the new administration building with the existing county building.
