For Porsche AG, in the Eichwald industrial area in Sachsenheim, in addition to the buildings of the first to fourth construction phase, extensions of Building Bau 60 were planned in a fifth construction phase. The urban design concept follows the existing building structures. Adjoining the 3,600 m² logistics picking hall is a high-bay warehouse in silo construction with a base area of 9,700 m².
