The city of Tuttlingen planned to build a new innovation and research centre for the University of Tuttlingen. The free-standing 4-storey new building with partial basement was built in solid construction. The clinkered building facade along the street takes up the slightly curved shape of the building boundary. The entrance to the rear public park opens up like a funnel to the square in front of the new building. This forecourt will also be redesigned and prepared in the course of the project.
