The new hotel building with over 100 rooms, as well as a long-stay hotel for the Goethe-Institut Göttingen, located on the site of a former roundhouse, follows the plot line in the form of an arc segment. The folded, recessed window façade encompasses the outer arc with a radius of 60 meters, while the bombed (bulged) wavy aluminum parapets stagger the building in height. A very high level of sound insulation has been implemented towards the railway line.
