The company Deuter Sport GmbH & Co. KG erected a free-standing building complex in Gersthofen which included a warehouse and logistics facility, with a 3-storey round office tower attached to it and an approx. 9 m high warehouse. Alongside this, a shop has been integrated into the entrance area, while the office tower includes a cafeteria, a show and meeting room as well as a chill-out room with a roof terrace.
