For the “Philippstiftung e. V.” foundation in Immenhausen, a day care facility for 9 people plus social rooms has been constructed, forming a further significant component of the care network for the elderly; the site comprises a listed half-timbered house and a stone building. On the ground floor and the first floor, two apartments provide room for a special living arrangement with care support. In the half-timbered house and the stone building, there are now staff rooms, therapy rooms, an office, and common rooms assigned to the respective social institutions or to the nursing service. In the 500-year-old stone building, there is a central dining room which is to be used by all.
